Service Description

This is a printed report. I will print the report, bind it, and wrap it...ready to give as a gift! I will need to know the occasion for the gift so I can wrap it accordingly. Also will need birthdate, time of birth, and city/state born in of the person the report is for. Gift report can be picked up...or mailed to you for an additional fee.

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. If you reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the full service value. In the event of a 'no-show', you will be charged 100% of the full service value.
